Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

      • Payment is charged immediately at checkout and not when the item ships.
      • Our Pre-order Items are best selling pieces that have previously been In stock and sold out multiple times or future released items.
      • The pre-order item can arrive prior or after the estimated ship date thats posted in the description box. Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If in-stock items is included with your pre-order, your items will be shipped separately.
      • Canceled Pre-Orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
